City/State: Bronx, New York Grant Funded: No Department: FAC - ENG Plant O&M Moses Work Shift: Day Work Days: MON-FRI Scheduled Hours: 8 AM-4:30 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Pay Range: $64,000.00-$80,000.00 Summary of Position: Oversee the operation of the Cogeneration Power Plants. Maintain proper operating conditions in both the Solar & FM Cogeneration Plants, during normal & off-hour shifts. Perform rounds & complete task lists to ensure that the equipment is operating properly. Education and Requirements: Bachelors degree within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required. Must have at least three years of Power Plant experience. Minimum of one year of in-charge experience is preferred. Must obtain FDNY Certificate of Fitness when required level of experience allows: G-91, P-98, C-92, C-99 & C-29 Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
