The DTMO Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Crisis24 DTMO team. The primary responsibilities of the DTMO team are to provide technical services for managing the Commercial Travel Information Management (CTIM) database. This includes developing Oracle PL/SQL code, limited database administration, and APEX development. The Project Manager must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and obtain a Computer Access Card (CAC). The project manager should also have a basic understanding of the Oracle database, table structures and data. The duties of the Project Manager include:

1. Work with the government point of contacts (POC) to establish priorities and allocate resources for managing the project
2. Manage the activities of the Crisis24 project team to comply with the DTMO requirements
3. Executing and distributing the Weekly Status Report
4. Executing and distributing the Monthly Status Reports per the contract requirements
5. Executing and delivering the Data Quality Assurance Plan as required by the contract
6. Managing the Statement of Work (SOW) and contracts for contractors working on the DTMO contract
7. Approving paid time off (PTO) for Crisis24 DTMO team members
