How can you make an impact?

As an Implementation Specialist for McGraw Hill's Reveal Math program in Concord, CA, you'll lead the charge in transforming math instruction across the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. By building strong relationships with educators and district leaders, coaching through change, and fostering a culture of growth, you'll help bring Reveal Math to life in classrooms boosting instruction and student outcomes. Whether you're a seasoned educator or new to consulting, your work will shape the future of math education while receiving ongoing support and training in this remote, travel-based role.

This position is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States, with a preference for candidates residing in or near Concord, CA who can travel daily to schools within the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. This is a Project Status Worker (PSW) role with an end date of 05/29/2026.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute implementation plans for Reveal Math and its digital components (e.g., ALEKS, MH Plus).
  • Deliver on-site and virtual coaching and professional learning sessions, including lesson planning, classroom observation, and debriefing.
  • Support teachers in navigating digital platforms and integrating instructional tools into their practice.
  • Analyze implementation data and collaborate with district leaders to refine strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with educators and administrators across Mt. Diablo Unified campuses.
  • Provide weekly progress updates to the Director of Campaign Strategy and internal teams.

The pay range for this position is between $62,000 - $95,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
