We are looking for a forward-thinking leader to provide executive-level direction to ensure the University's long-term financial sustainability and to help support the educational, clinical and research goals of the campus. This position will manage the finances and overall budget of the campus. This includes managing staff in the Accounting, Purchasing and Medical Billing teams. The Executive Director for Fiscal Affairs will also ensure that the school meets all of its regulatory reporting requirements. Position Summary The Executive Director for Fiscal Affairs at a UICOMP serves as the chief financial officer and is responsible for overseeing the college's financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting functions. This leadership role ensures the institution's fiscal integrity and sustainability by developing and implementing sound financial strategies aligned with the college's academic, clinical, and research missions. The Executive Director collaborates closely with senior leadership, department chairs, and external stakeholders to manage operating and capital budgets, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimize financial performance. This position requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, as well as deep experience in outpatient medical billing and revenue cycle. Duties & Responsibilities
