This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Solutions Group Marketing team which is responsible for designing and leading the global channel marketing strategy for the Wealth audience. One of our strategic priorities is the build out of our Alternative capabilities for the Wealth channel globally, forging into new markets and supporting the overall diversification of our business and we see Channel Marketing as a critical component to our success in this effort.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the global channel marketing strategy across our investment capabilities, with a focus on alternatives, while leading a team of marketing generalists to execute local strategies across channel, product, and digital marketing. Additionally, you'll drive data-driven A2W campaigns, develop global go-to-market frameworks, and build media plans in collaboration with PR, Communications, Product, and Distribution teams. As well as, partnering with marketing agencies, activate product marketing outputs, steer thought leadership initiatives, and support regional distribution heads in maximizing ROI from client events and sponsorships.
Salary range for this position: $325,000 - $350,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • 20+ years of experience in channel marketing roles within asset management firms with deep knowledge of the wealth marketplace and preferences
  • Experience working across various markets including EMEA, APAC and the US
  • Knowledge of public and private market products, with alternatives marketing experience being a plus
  • Proven track record of working with a high level of integrity and accountability
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team across various time zones and geographies
