We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in both Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Science to join our team. This hybrid role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, governance, and quality, while also leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to drive business insights and innovation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining master data, optimizing data processes, and developing predictive models that enhance decision-making.

What You'll Do

Master Data Administration & Governance



  • Oversee and maintain master data (customers, vendors, products, financials) across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain high data quality.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to support data integration and cleansing efforts.
  • Manage data lifecycle processes, including deduplication, standardization, and hierarchy management.



Data Science & Analytics



  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can optimize business performance.
  • Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance decision-making.
  • Utilize statistical techniques to assess and improve data quality, consistency, and completeness.
  • Create automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions for business challenges.



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Data Science, Master Data Management (MDM), or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with ERP and MDM tools (SAP Master Data Governance, Informatica, Oracle MDM, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline automation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
