Under close supervision of the Senior Associate AD and in coordination with the Head Football Coach, Responsible for Assisting the Director of Football Operations, Head Football Coach, Associate Athletic Director and Outcomes Advisor in responsibilities pertaining to the UC Davis Football Program.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or equivalent experience/training.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the daily tasks of a football program and best practices.
- Knowledge of NCAA and conference policies and procedures.
- Problem solving, organizational, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of database management systems Banner, Teamworks, ARMs
- Knowledge of campus goals and objectives associated with the football program.
- Ability to learn the complex policies and procedures regarding academic eligibility of UC Davis student-athletes. These include UC Davis, Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of campus rules and regulations.
- Skills to operate a desktop/laptop computer using Macintosh operating system.

Work Environment
