Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Partnership and Health Innovation (VP SPHI), the Senior Specialist will lead market research and data analysis for diverse donors while supporting donor cultivation and relationship management. These include multilateral, corporate and foundation donors and partners. Specifically, the Senior Specialist will work with the Director of Fundraising to create and implement a data-informed fundraising program that includes major gifts, corporate and foundation giving, planned giving, and special events to ensure MSH has the appropriate resources to manage effectively and deliver on its Vision and Mission of saving lives and improving the health of the world's poorest and most vulnerable people by building strong, resilient, sustainable health systems. The Senior Specialist will also provide administrative support to the MSH President & CEO by managing her schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing other tasks to ensure the CEO's time and priorities are managed effectively. Specific Responsibilities External Engagement - 20%
Fundraising - 40%
Prospect Research - 10%
Administrative support to the Office of the MSH President & Chief Executive Officer - 30%
