About Salesforce

We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

MuleSoft is leading the next wave of integration innovation-bringing together APIs, automation, and AI through agentic patterns. We're looking for a Product Manager to help drive our investments in Agentic Integration, where autonomous systems and orchestrated agents connect, collaborate, and act across distributed services and data.

In this role, you'll contribute directly to the product strategy and roadmap, working with experienced product and engineering leaders to define, build, and launch agent-powered integration capabilities that will transform how businesses automate and connect systems. You'll have the opportunity to engage directly with customers, prototype new experiences, and shape how MuleSoft evolves in the AI-first era.

What You'll Do:

- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic Integration at MuleSoft

- Define requirements and use cases for intelligent, event-driven integration powered by agent frameworks

- Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to bring new features to market

- Partner with Flow, Agent Builder, and Salesforce Platform teams to ensure a unified and extensible agentic automation platform

- Engage with early customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and iterate on product direction

- Participate in go-to-market activities, customer enablement, and internal field readiness

What We're Looking For:

- 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise SaaS, automation, or integration platforms

- Strong product instincts and ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment

- Experience defining product requirements, writing user stories, and contributing to roadmap planning

- Passion for emerging technologies like AI, event-driven systems, or automation

- Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to convey technical concepts to both internal and external audiences

- A learning mindset, with a bias for action and a desire to grow in a high-impact product role

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with APIs, orchestration tools, messaging systems, or agent-based automation

- Exposure to Salesforce technologies, Flow, or MuleSoft is a plus

- Technical degree or relevant experience working closely with engineering teams

Why Join Us?
This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of integration in an AI-first world. You'll work with some of Salesforce's most strategic and innovative teams while building platform capabilities that power the next generation of automation.
