We have an opportunity for a Product Analyst to join our Residential Water Treatment business in Bishop Woods, WI. Reporting to the Sr. Category Manager of Filtration, you will gather and analyze data to provide insights to improve financial metrics for the residential filtration product category. This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Analyst to make a meaningful impact in a product category with significant growth potential.

** You will work a hybrid work schedule (3 days/week on-site) in Bishop Woods, WI. **

You will:

  • Develop monthly scorecards relative to sales execution, channel development, and strategic growth program's performance to help commercial functional leaders understand the health of the business and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Product Management team with tactical execution of strategy including supporting the complete lifecycle products.
  • Contribute to projects and processes related to value creation and pricing.
  • Analyze customer information and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Assist with financial planning and forecasting through utilization and analysis of sales and revenue reporting.
  • Assess the economic environment and industry landscape. Gather market data and analyze for trends.
  • Collect Voice of Customer data for new product development.
  • Help develop sales and marketing collateral including product training materials.
  • Collaborate and build positive relationships with multiple functions throughout the business to effectively make recommendations and implement process improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Have earned a Bachelor's (B.A. or B.S.) degree in economics, marketing, finance, accounting, business management, engineering or related field.
  • Internship and/or 1+ years of applicable experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including a broad understanding of sales analytics and modeling tools/techniques to quickly identify trends, opportunities, and business solutions.
  • Understanding of key financial metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with accountability for results.
  • Ability to utilize multiple tools, databases, and/or software to produce a variety of reports.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Denodo or Power BI) is helpful but not required.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200-$113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as annual incentive bonus.
