Description Acara Solutions is seeking a
Project Coordinator to work with our client headquartered in Boston, MA. This position starts as 100% remote with the potential to commute to the Boston office for a hybrid schedule in the future.
Pay: $39.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Job Type: 6-month contract with potential for extension or to become a permanent position
Overview
The Talent Operations team is the heartbeat of our People and Places function, responsible for building global, scalable tools, systems, processes, and dashboards that support our employees at every stage of their employee journey. We are helping transform the way that the People and Places Team delivers service to employees. As a Project Coordinator, you will partner with Talent Operations leaders and process analysts to support projects.

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
HS Diploma
2+ years of HR project coordination or operations, preferably in a global environment
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
1+ years experience with Asana or Google Sheets
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to establish clear goals, allocate time effectively, and act decisively to move work forward.
Experience or interest in making improvements and offering observations to enhance processes.
A track record of understanding expectations, metrics, and desired outcomes for projects
