Overview

As an IAM Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Identity and Access Management systems that control user access to our networks, applications, and services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IAM solutions are secure, scalable, and efficient.

This role is crucial in protecting the organization from security breaches while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.



Qualifications

Required:

    High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 10+ years working in Identity or Access Management, IT security or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk)

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, RBAC, Identity Federation, and other IAM technologies.
  • Familiarity with common identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
  • Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and role-based access controls.
  • Knowledge of IAM lifecycle management and access request workflows.


Skills

  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) and identity governance.
  • Familiarity with IAM integration for enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Office 365, SAP).
  • Experience with SIEM tools and integrating IAM solutions with security monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in relation to IAM automation.
