POSITION SUMMARYThe Division General Counsel reports to the Chief Legal Officer and will serve as legal subject matter expert in Employment Law. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, preferably in a corporate setting, and will be well-versed in federal and state labor regulations, policies, and best practices. The in-house employment attorney will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and other commercial agreements, advising on employee relations and compliance issues, conducting investigations and trainings, and managing litigation and arbitrations on behalf of the company.
This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Appleton, WI and is not open to remote work. Relocation assistance will be considered for candidates not in the Appleton, WI area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
