Title: Ocean Import/Export Coordinator Location: Duluth, GA (Onsite) Duration: 1 year Shaft Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (subject to change) Note: Bilingual Korean Preferred (Not Required) Role & Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute daily shipping and terminal reports. Monitor vessel schedules; communicate delays/updates to stakeholders. Liaise between internal teams, customers, and carriers. Support customer service with shipment inquiries and issue resolution. Maintain accurate shipment records and assist in logistics troubleshooting. Qualifications: 1-3 years logistics/supply chain experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Excel and Word; experience with logistics software (SAP, TMS, WMS) a plus. Knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export processes preferred. Manage ocean freight operations and coordinate logistics to ensure timely, accurate shipment delivery.
