Job Overview

This role providesfirst-level HR supportto employees, particularly manufacturing staff, and plays a key role in supporting theimplementation of AI-driven solutionsto enhance HR operations. The ideal candidate is fluent inEnglish and Spanish, highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about employee engagement and process improvement.

This is a fixed term position andonsite in Wayne, NJ ~4 days/week.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties




  • Serve as the first point of contact for manufacturing employees, without computer access who have inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, timekeeping, and general support.
  • Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) to ensure clear communication with all employees, especially manufacturing staff.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, including document preparation, orientation scheduling, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of AI tools aimed at improving HR processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, safety programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in the electronic employee file project. This involves scanning, electronic categorizing and organization of employee files.
  • Ensure that employee related documents are filed appropriately on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist with facilitation of New Hire Orientations
  • Process the transactional paperwork for all employee changes for new hire, terminations, transfers, promotion, etc.
  • Update job descriptions template to ensure compliance.
  • Generate reports in Success Factors as needed.
  • Maintain and update email distribution list for new hires.
  • Process people-related invoices for business areas supported.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • HR Community, Manufacturing Employees, All Employees tied to the CA/CVS business as well as Wayne site contacts
  • Limited external contacts other than for invoice processing


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • A minimum of years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented individual that works well in a team environment.
  • Must be customer focused and solution oriented.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP environments is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; experience with AI tools or HR tech platforms is a plus.
  • May work extended hours during peak business cycles
  • Ability to move throughout the building during the day



The Base Pay for this position is a minimum of $62,000 and a maximum of $78,000. This in a non-exempt position.
