About Salesforce

We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

About the Role

Salesforce is seeking a visionary Director, Creative Technology & Go-To-Market Innovation to lead the innovation arm of our Brand Marketing Partnerships team, with a focus on our strategic relationships in sports, media, and entertainment. This role combines creative technology leadership with product marketing to turn partnership-driven innovations into compelling stories-demonstrating how Salesforce and Agentforce power fan engagement, revenue growth, and business impact.

You'll operate at the intersection of brand, technology, product marketing, and storytelling-prototyping and building imaginative experiences that differentiate Salesforce in the market and elevate the value of our partnerships. You'll create the positioning and go-to-market packaging of these innovations-developing messaging frameworks, solution narratives, and scalable assets that help drive market adoption across Salesforce teams and our partner ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the creative technology lead for brand storytelling across Salesforce's sports, media, and entertainment partnerships-from strategy through execution.

  • Translate complex Salesforce capabilities (e.g. Agentforce, AI, CRM, Data Cloud) into visually compelling, emotionally resonant marketing experiences.

  • Concept, prototype, and deliver first-of-their-kind activations that push the limits of Salesforce's ecosystem-leveraging real-time data, generative AI, AR, immersive web, and interactive technologies.

  • Create product marketing strategy for key innovations driven through partnerships-including the development of market-facing positioning, messaging frameworks, and demo assets to scale adoption across Salesforce GTM teams and partner ecosystems

  • Drive the process of bringing innovations to market-working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that the partnership-driven solutions we build are positioned for impact and scaled appropriately.

  • Create functional specification documents and activation briefs to ensure scope, stakeholder alignment, and scalability of key innovations.

  • Represent Salesforce in partner-facing meetings, campaign reviews, and executive briefings with confidence, clarity, and credibility.

  • Build repeatable frameworks and scalable campaign models to help extend the market impact of successful innovations.

  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, market trends, and evolving customer expectations to ensure Salesforce remains at the forefront of innovation and storytelling.

Who You Are

  • A hybrid thinker and maker with 10+ years in creative technology, experience design, innovation, or product marketing roles at a top brand, agency, or product company.

  • A strategic leader with executive presence and the ability to inspire confidence across technical, creative, and business audiences alike.

  • A builder at heart-comfortable moving from big vision to detailed execution, with a strong portfolio of innovative, technology-driven work that delivered measurable business and brand impact.

  • Deeply familiar with modern creative and development tools and how to use them to craft market-defining experiences.

  • Experienced in owning product marketing strategy for innovative experiences or solutions-including positioning, messaging, narrative development, and enablement asset creation.

  • Comfortable building for both hero moments and repeatable, scalable assets that can serve Salesforce's broader go-to-market engine.

  • Adept at navigating cross-functional environments and influencing at all levels-from CMO to product leader to creative director to product marketer.

  • Passionate about sports, media, and entertainment-and the evolving ways brands connect with fans and audiences through technology.

  • Bonus: Experience working within or alongside Salesforce platforms, tools, or products.

Why This Role Matters

Salesforce is the trusted partner to some of the biggest names in global entertainment-and we have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine how these stories are told and how they scale to market. As Director, Creative Technology & Go-To-Market Innovation, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology, human connection, and product marketing leadership-helping ensure that Salesforce's most strategic innovations move from breakthrough experiences to market-defining solutions that drive business results and deepen our leadership in the space.
