Summary of Position In your role as a Senior Recruiter, you will leverage your talent acquisition know-how and channels to bring stellar engineering and healthcare tech professionals into the Teladoc fold. Your creativity, contacts and keen technical insight will help fulfill Teladoc Health's mission during this time of exponential growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify, source, and engage candidates from the high-tech and healthcare fields through creative and innovative sourcing approaches Present opportunities to candidates in a compelling, irresistible way Maintain and grow a far-reaching network of contacts, developing strong personal/professional relationships Assist hiring managers in closing on prime candidates quickly Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting cycle, providing regular and timely status updates and answers Provide a world-class experience for every candidate Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company staffing needs and the technical expertise required to succeed in various technical positions Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company solutions and benefits, from a technical point of view Expand and enhance the Teladoc employer brand, as well as the visibility/reach of Teladoc job posts Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates and reports Provide market research to support candidates and geographic profiling to guide recruiting Negotiate compensation packages Assist with documenting and tracking opportunities and candidates Conduct reference checks as needed The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs. Supervisory Responsibilities No Qualifications Expected for Position 5 + years of demonstrated technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment A proven track record of recruiting success for varying levels of positions from early career to leadership level to executive roles Creative approaches for finding and attracting top talent Must be self-sufficient, ability to drive the full life cycle recruiting A proactive approach to networking and building relationships Experience with applicant tracking systems, documentation, and process-oriented Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization A strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment, using proven time management skills, and working with a strong sense of urgency Up to date with confidentiality rules, compliance, employment, and labor laws A passion for teamwork and collaboration to meet business objectives Add in any required license or credential needed to perform job. The base salary range for this position is$100,000 - $115,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
