Staffmark is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dependable and motivated Assembly Worker in Johnson City, TN! If you're looking for a long-term position where you can grow your skills and build a stable career, this could be the perfect fit.

Pay: $15.50/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Responsibilities:



  • Assemble product components by hand and with power tools (cutting, drilling, fastening)
  • Label and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot and repair production issues, such as faulty parts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Prepare finished products for shipping
  • Unload, organize, and stock materials as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and report any concerns to supervisors



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs consistently
