Pay: $17 per hour (after 90 days, the pay increases to $18.48 per hour)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to lift 35 pounds
  • Use 2, 3, and 6-step ladders
  • Stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to handle numeric filing (up to 16 digits)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment



Document Control Specialist Responsibilities:



  • Sort and file mortgage documents by loan number.
  • Manage large file rooms and warehouse environments.
  • Copy, scan, and organize documents for accuracy.
  • Pull requested files and prepare for shipment to clients.
  • Run items to various departments and label boxes.
  • Perform data entry tasks and audit files.
