Job Description: Join our Team: Demand Planning Manager Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Demand Planning Manager to contribute to the Terex Team. The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for leading all programs and processes to ensure growth of the Parts business through parts availability and strategic pricing. This Position will lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies, pricing analytics, customer and product segmentation, price management, and pricing maintenance, and will continue to build an industry-leading supply chain, standardize business practices, KPIs, implement best practices, with the objective of achieving the highest levels of Parts availability and deliver an industry-leading customer experience. In addition, this position is responsible for optimizing working capital in parallel while achieving the goals mentioned above. Manage the Team
