Requirements | 1 year of experience in insurance verification/authorization (2+ years of experience in DME or Medical Office preferred)

Insurance Change Specialist Responsibilities:



  • Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed
  • Resolve front collections accounts
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians' offices, and internal teams
  • Answer calls, manage emails, and handle faxes efficiently
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors
  • Read and understand medical documentation
  • Perform other clerical tasks and assist with assigned projects



Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $16.00/hr.
