Welder Job Details:

Schedule: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Thursday

Pay: $18/hr.

Employment Type: Direct hire

Qualifications:

• Must have previous verifiable experience.
• Experienced in MIG, ARC (SMAW), and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), with the ability to produce high-quality welds.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, welding symbols, and technical documents.
• Proficient with welding tools and equipment, including saws, calipers, and grinders.
• Knowledgeable in safety standards and consistently uses appropriate protective gear.
• Physically capable of handling heavy materials and working in various positions; able to work independently or in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and select appropriate welding methods and equipment based on project needs.
• Prepare materials and perform MIG, ARC, and Flux-Cored welding in multiple positions.
• Inspect welds for quality, adjust equipment settings, and perform routine maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
