Job Summary

The Supply Chain Replenishment Planner is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels of both full goods & raw materials to ensure the availability of products or materials within a supply chain network.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Developing inventory replenishment plans to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs and minimizing stockouts or overstocks.
  • Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, and sales to align supply and demand requirements and communicate any potential disruptions or changes in supply chain plans.
  • Order Processing: Processing purchase orders and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials or products, managing supplier relationships, and resolving any supply-related issues.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and stock accuracy to evaluate supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce lead times, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize inventory management practices.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience required.
  • Previous experience in Business, Logistics, or Planning in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • APICS certifications preferred.
  • Must have strong analytical skills; capable of working with mathematical concepts.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with computer applications, including Word, Excel, SAP and/or Planning systems required.
  • Ability to identify/define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Capable of recommending solutions for the identified problem.
  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics practices obtained through experience.

Pay:$56,170 - $66,702 a year
