Days/Hours of Work: Monday - Friday; 730 am - 430 pm Job Summary The Supply Chain Replenishment Planner is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels of both full goods & raw materials to ensure the availability of products or materials within a supply chain network. Job Responsibilities Inventory Management: Developing inventory replenishment plans to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs and minimizing stockouts or overstocks. Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, and sales to align supply and demand requirements and communicate any potential disruptions or changes in supply chain plans. Order Processing: Processing purchase orders and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Supplier Collaboration: Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials or products, managing supplier relationships, and resolving any supply-related issues. Performance Analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and stock accuracy to evaluate supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce lead times, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize inventory management practices. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two years of work experience required. Previous experience in Business, Logistics, or Planning in a fast-paced, demanding environment. APICS certifications preferred. Must have strong analytical skills; capable of working with mathematical concepts. Strong knowledge and experience with computer applications, including Word, Excel, SAP and/or Planning systems required. Ability to identify/define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Capable of recommending solutions for the identified problem. Must have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Must have comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics practices obtained through experience.
