HR Generalist CEI Engineering is hiring a Human Resources Generalist at our corporate office in Bentonville, AR. Your role as an HR Generalist will be varied. You'll handle different HR tasks, including compensation plans, performance management, FMLA and disability leaves, and developing HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to keep all employee records current and confidential. You'll also serve as the main point of contact for employees' questions on HR topics. The goal is to keep the HR department's operations running smoothly and efficiently to provide maximum value to the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and salary plans
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Help organize training & development initiatives for employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like employee turnover rates, etc.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain employee files and records in HRIS.
- Other duties as assigned
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's (4 year) degree in Human Resources or related field. Five (5) years of HR experience may substitute for a degree.
- A minimum of Five (5) years of human resources experience is required.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data for enhanced reporting and appropriate business recommendations.
- Strong ability to write and prepare reports, charts, and graphs.
- Ability to verbally communicate with others to coach lead and interface with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record, and ability to occasionally travel overnight
