Pay Range:

$80,000.00-$100,000.00 The Executive Recruiter will source and identify top talent and high performers and manage the full cycle recruitment and hiring process for critical, difficult, visible leadership positions including but not limited to senior level, C-suite, and executive positions in highly competitive fields. The Executive Recruiter will partner with the hiring leader to understand the hiring needs and develop and implement a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy ensuring consistency of employer brand; will establish a network of qualified applicants for open searches and cultivate a talent pipeline; responsible for creating a positive customer experience for leaders and applicants. Other duties as assigned including special projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field required; Minimum of three years of advanced level recruitment experience required including creative sourcing with a strategic approach to recruitment. Certification in Human Resources of Healthcare Recruitment preferred. Minimum of three years of experience with corporate and/or executive recruiting or executive sourcing preferred.
-Proven record of leading, advising, influencing executive leadership
-Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
-Experience with and knowledge of creative sourcing using various tools/technologies
-Effective screening, interviewing, selection, candidate assessment, and salary negotiation techniques.
-Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience.
-Knowledge and application of Federal and State employment laws, regulations and legislation is preferred.
-Demonstrated success working independently, forging relationships, and managing multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines with minimal direction.
-Exemplary organizational skills, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and follow through on requests.
-High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, and other Microsoft Office Software, Applicant Tracking Systems.
-Ability to communicate both positive and negative information to job applicants that preserves applicant goodwill.
