Sr. Manager of Supply Chain - Continuous Improvement

The Supply Chain Planning Continuous Improvement (CI) team serves as the process excellence and advisory arm of the Beverage Supply Chain Planning organization. The team is responsible for driving operational excellence, process standardization, and planning capability development across all planning areas, including demand, supply, production, and inventory planning. Through close partnership with Business Leadership, Supply Chain Solutions, Data & Decision Science, IT, and other supply chain functions, the CI team leads efforts to identify planning challenges, implement sustainable solutions, and foster a proactive culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. The team's goal is to enable scalable, agile, and resilient planning operations that drive long-term business growth and enhance the organization's ability to respond to change.

The Senior Manager of Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, will lead this critical team and be responsible for assessing, designing, and optimizing planning processes while advancing the adoption and effective use of planning systems and technologies. This role will drive cross-functional problem solving, implement best-in-class processes, and develop performance management frameworks to deliver sustainable outcomes and measurable improvements in planning effectiveness. This position requires a seasoned leader with strong process improvement, technology enablement, and project leadership expertise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team, define meaningful performance KPIs grounded in both best practices and innovative thinking, and drive enterprise-level changes to strengthen planning operations and support business growth.

Essential Functions

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of standardized supply chain planning processes across Demand, S&OP, Finished Goods, and Raw Material planning functions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing planning performance metrics and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement best-in-class solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile within the supply chain planning organization.

Technology & Analytics Enablement

  • Partner with the DDI and IT teams to define data requirements and build user-centric dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that enhance decision-making and process visibility.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements to support the development of planning system enhancements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Change Management

  • Lead change management efforts by developing clear and comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), business process documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts for all new processes and tools.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and workshops to build consensus on new processes and drive engagement across the organization.
  • Partner with the Training teams and functional leaders to design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs focused on planning processes and technology platforms.
  • Ensure consistent and sustainable adoption of processes and tools by equipping users with the knowledge and resources needed to execute their responsibilities effectively.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to supply chain leadership and planning teams, providing expertise on process design, technology enablement, and performance improvement.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with operations, procurement, logistics, IT, finance, and customer service teams to align planning processes with broader supply chain and business objectives.

Performance Management

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of planning processes and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership on process improvement initiatives, project milestones, and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 6 Years - Experience in Technology Consulting or Software Product Management or Continuous Improvement or related
    • 6 Years - Experience managing people/projects
    • 2 Years - Experience in Purchasing, MRP, Procurement, Planning or similar function

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 10+ Years - Experience in Technology Consulting or Software Product Management or Continuous Improvement or related
    • 10+ Years - Experience managing people/projects
    • 4 Years - Experience in Purchasing, MRP, Procurement, Planning or similar function
