Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant - Residential Lending - Findlay, OH

This is a hybrid location with the physical office being the Findlay Loan Processing Office in Findlay, OH.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Six months to one year related experience
• Combination of education and experience

CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS:

• Must provide exceptional, professional service to mortgage customers, underwriters, processors and closers.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

• Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude.
• Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to bank employees and bank customers.
