*Description*
This role is going to be supporting the Corporate Event team at our client. They will need to be able to run end to end events; both on site as well as virtual. They will also need to be skilled in the pre-event marketing as well as the post-event presentations to stakeholders to show/prove ROI for the event. Must be able to run multiple workstreams at the same time and work in a very fast paced environment. This position is responsible for managing all aspect of event logistics for assigned events, producing the events to the highest quality of standards. Works operationally within the Corporate Events strategy on all event aspects and partners with marketing and other internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met in timely fashion. *MUST have:* * experience with Cvent platform * Experience planning onsite AND virtual events Job Description * Proactively manage the development of all end-to-end event logistics for conferences and other events as assigned * Manage and execute event timelines and event specific budgets * Coordinate the production and execution of event deliverables, working with marketing, sales, design, compliance and other business partners * Work with external vendors on exhibit and booth orders, etc * Work within a variety of systems to effectively manage event logistics, systems will include Workfront/workflow management, CRM, Seismic, Cvent * Carry out additional duties as assigned Knowledge and Experience * 3-5 years of proven corporate events or similar event management experience * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and proven organizational skills * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders * Deadline and detail driven; excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently with limited direction * Familiarity with Workfront/workflow management, CRM, Cvent, preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, etc. * Positive attitude, strong business acumen, and willingness to learn * Work within a team environment. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* WorkFront is a project management tool that Janus Henderson has recently switched to. This is a nice to have.
