What we offer... * Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more! * Professional development opportunities with training and tuition reimbursement * A supportive and inclusive work culturethat prioritizes safety * Generous PTO policy with vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays What you'll do... * Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards * Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment * Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs * Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements * Coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance What you'll need... * Two (2) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills * High School Diploma or GED * Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability * Previous plant production software experience * Experienced in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings * Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures If you're a proactive leader with a passion for excellence in maintenance operations, we want to hear from you!
