Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and content types using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and PnP provisioning templates.
- Build and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and paginated reports using DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.
- Automate business workflows using Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, outlook, and external systems via REST APIs and custom connectors.
- Develop responsive Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to replace legacy InfoPath forms and streamline business processes.
- Customize SharePoint UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap to enhance user experience and branding.
- Implement and manage SharePoint permissions, site collections, and role-based access control in compliance with governance policies.
- Integrate SharePoint Online with external data sources (e.g., Azure SQL, Oracle, RESTful APIs) using Business Connectivity Services (BCS) and Secure Store.
- Create and maintain reusable components such as site templates, web parts, and custom forms using Visual Studio and SPFx.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for SharePoint administration, data migration, and scheduled tasks (e.g., Power BI snapshot automation).
- Support SharePoint migration projects (e.g., SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online) using tools like Sharegate or AvePoint.
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and organizational security protocols.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions including troubleshooting workflows, permissions, and integration issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, user guides and developer handbooks. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, write technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SharePoint development in complex enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in building and customizing Playbooks, Flows, and Workspaces.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience.
- Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
Clearance:
- The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
Location:
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)
- Remote, USA
Pay Range:
- The pay for this position ranges from $97,730 to $110,500.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
