We are preparing for an upgrade from PolicyCenter v.8, BillingCenter v.9 and ClaimCenter v.10 to the Cloud platform. Looking for Business Analyst with strong communication skills and experience with GuideWire InsuranceSuite implementations, support and upgrades. Daily Duties: This Business Analyst role will work to compare current state functionality and customization against new out of the box functionality in the core Cloud platform. Will be comparing the policy system and how it is being used today vs. how we could use the end product and identifying differences to test. This role will specifically be supporting the Policy team with customization of the platform and how it can be designed to assist the business need. This role will be IT driven with it aligning with a technology update - will need to work well with the IT teams and parallel with clean up and understanding requirements. Will be lots of documentation in this role and working side by side with platforms to discover how it impacts the business. Comparing, documenting and testing functionality of the policy system and how it could replace functionality outside of the system today. Screen by screen review and testing between current production environments and Cloud platform sandbox to determine gaps, new features, changes to look and feel or functions. Update requirements documentation with screenshots and descriptions. Update training materials. Will lead UAT with subject matter experts from various business areas and document results. Will coordinate with Quality Assurance and work directly with those teams. Partner with product owners, Business Analyst Lead, Production Support team members, Dev and QA. Looking for someone with strong attention to detail, analysis skills, and a good communicator. Looking for someone with Guidewire experience - this is crucial to understanding the differences of capabilities in the Cloud platform with the upgrade and what needs to be taken on to use these capabilities. This role will be testing gaps and features we can build into the platform and train business users to get familiar with. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Guidewire experience - 2+ years Business Analyst experience - 5+ years PREFER: Insurance experience - supporting Policy, Claims or Billing teams *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
