*Description*
* Review and ensure all incoming forms are complete and legible * Follow up with stakeholders as appropriate to collect and capture missing/incomplete/illegible information * Accurately capture program specific requirements from referral into Program Software Platform * Ensure timely processing of all forms/referrals based on pre-set program requirements * Create new patient profiles or accurately associate correspondence to existing patient profile * Assess request on forms and associate appropriate s/resources based on business rules and program guidelines * Identify and report pharmacovigilance information as required by client(s) (i.e., Adverse Events) * Triage referrals and task assigned case managers regarding the appropriate next steps (Program Specific) * Work closely with internal team to appropriately manage and resolve issues (Program Specific) * Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information (Program Specific) * On time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures governing access to confidential data * Ensure all SOPs are followed with consistency * Conducts miscellaneous tasks or projects as assigned *Skills Required* Medical insurance Reimbursement Benefits verification Benefits administration Medicare Medical record Labelling Epic *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent required. AA degree or some college preferred * At least one year of experience in triage/intake/disease management environment * Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral communication * Proficient competency using Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Strong attention to detail * Strong interpersonal skills; team player * Adaptable and flexible to new situations * Ability to work assigned shift hours *Local to Morrisville, NC preferred - training will be ON-SITE then remote afterwards. * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr. 401K w/ 5% matching; day-1 vestment period 15 days PTO 8 Holidays + 2 Floating Days Health/Dental/Vision/Life; Coverage day-1 Gym Reimbursement Volunteer Hours Flexibility/Hybrid/Remote** *Workplace Type* This is a hybrid position in Morrisville,NC. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Jul 29, 2025. h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
