Public Sector Organization seeking an entry-level Systems Support Specialist for a 12-month renewable contract based in Harrisburg, PA. This full-time role involves providing desktop and end-user support across multiple departments, including troubleshooting Windows and Mac systems, resolving VPN and VDI connectivity issues, imaging workstations using MDT or SCCM, and coordinating hardware repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and SCCM, along with strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities also include managing software installations, printer setups, remote support, and maintaining asset management systems, with occasional lifting and transporting of IT equipment required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
