Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated annual base pay: $143,000 (minimum) - $179,000 (midpoint) - $215,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-complexity, high-risk programs and manage CAT 3 projects, ensuring progress, customer satisfaction, and effective communication.

  • Prioritize programs/resources, assess workload complexity, recommend allocations, and ensure teams are staffed accordingly.

  • Manage schedules, costs, deliverables, scope, and risks to meet or exceed stakeholder/customer expectations.

  • Build, develop, and maintain a skilled team, champion continuous improvement, and mentor lower-level program managers.

  • Act as primary customer contact, resolve cross-functional issues, and present project status to executives and customers.

  • Drive strategic initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives, including process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).

  • Collaborate across functions (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing) to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and supplier evaluations.

  • Utilize advanced tools, risk management strategies, financial acumen, and technical expertise to drive project profitability.

  • Participate in new business development, product portfolio management, and external events to enhance competitiveness.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills while aligning processes with organizational goals.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelors and Masters degrees in related field

  • PMP Desired

  • Strong leadership and emotional intelligence to inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinking to align programs with organizational goals.

  • Exceptional communication tailored for diverse audiences, including executives and stakeholders.

  • Effective stakeholder engagement and management across all levels.

  • Proficient in risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex program challenges.

  • Expertise in financial and resource management for budgets and allocations.

  • Ability to establish governance frameworks for accountability and compliance.

  • Skilled in driving organizational change and stakeholder buy-in.

  • Commitment to delivering business value through program execution.
