* *Answering Customer Inquiries:* Responding to customer questions about their accounts, online banking, and other banking services. * *Processing Transactions:* Assisting with transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan applications. * *Troubleshooting Issues:* Identifying and resolving customer problems related to their accounts or banking services. * *Providing Product Information:* Educating customers about various banking products and services. * *Cross-selling and Referrals:* Identifying opportunities to promote additional bank products to customers. Weekly Pay *Work Schedule: * For Training - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Regular hours - Call Center hours are 7:00 am- 330 pm shift and 10:30am-7pm shift 7 days a week - shifts may vary based on business need. Agents must be available to work on 1 weekend days. WEST: #prioritywest #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
