Experience:

• Three years experience in support of a laboratory information system environment and/or as a medical technologist/laboratory technician (highly preferred).
• Experience in diagnosing and correcting computer software malfunctions desirable, and ability to handle manage and lead multiple tasks/ projects and meet deadlines.
• Must be highly customer service-oriented in support of coworkers, and vendor, IT, and lab customer staffs.
