The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting within our Operations function and will collaborate closely with Operations leaders to align on strategic hiring goals. You will develop talent strategies to attract top performers and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

In this role, you will drive the hiring process in Operations, partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Leadership. Your contribution will be crucial in securing the talent needed to support our company's future growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and calibrate on ideal candidates.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear and timely communication, ongoing engagement, and positive representation of CareDx.
  • Cultivate and maintain extensive talent networks to build a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leadership, offering critical insights and guidance on hiring decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge (Required):

  • BA/BS degree with 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a recruiting and/or sourcing role, or an Associate's degree with 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with a similar recruiting background.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or gene or cell therapy sectors.
  • Experience recruiting for various roles within Operations, from entry-level to leadership positions.
  • A proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage significant requisition loads.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and the latest recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Experience facilitating interviewer training is a plus.
  • Ability to establish trust with candidates and hiring teams.

San Francisco Bay Area Roles:

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Brisbane, California is $116,000 to $145,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.

Remote: US only roles

The anticipated base salary range in the United States is $110,000 to $135,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
