The Opportunity

From innovative technology to changing the way end-to-end enterprise strategies are delivered; Adobe and its customers have outstanding stories to tell. We are seeking an expert storyteller to craft new ways of showcasing how Adobe is bringing value to our customers and transforming brand interactions. You will build narratives for Adobe's Enterprise marketing themes, collaborate with designers and writers, and develop various assets for events.

The perfect candidate should be passionate about understanding the customer perspective and what it takes to be successful with Adobe technology. Ensure we tell a story that includes the people and process side of the digital transformation equation. You should understand how Adobe technology supports our customers' business objectives. We are looking for a person who has a creative approach to helping our customers understand what they can achieve. Partner with and influence collaborators across teams. Someone who thinks outside of traditional and known storytelling formats will excel in this role.

What You'll Do

Content Narrative

You will define customer-centric event messaging and narrative based on Enterprise portfolio-level go-to-market themes across Experience and Creative clouds.

Content Development

You will develop and own content that brings end-to-end customer stories and the notion of operationalizing and realizing technology value to life through innovative and interactive formats. You will need to synthesize perspectives across different areas of expertise. This includes iterating on core assets to adjust content for audience persona and industry variations.

Customer Relationships

Manage key customer relationships. Partner to tell their story for external and internal needs.

Cross-Team Collaboration

You will collaborate with account teams, subject matter experts, creative resources, and marketing teams to support content development and activation across platforms and marketing activities.

About You

Demonstrate expertise in product marketing, content marketing, or creative storytelling with clear, simplified examples.

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy or product marketing
  • Shown success in influencing decisions and Executive team members
  • Self-starter who initiates and completes projects with little to no direction
  • Outstanding written communication skills: able to consolidate sophisticated ideas into clear, succinct executive summaries.
  • Proven success crafting compelling messages and positioning.
  • Leadership to build consensus and drive decision making across multiple business units or matrixed organizations.
  • Familiar with Adobe Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud solutions and other marketing technologies, with the ability to demonstrate benefits and capabilities.
  • Deeper technical or business strategy knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud strongly preferred.
  • Willing to travel 10%.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
