Dean is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Admin Supervisor to serve as a dedicated Badging Supervisor embedded within our client's facility in Sunnyvale, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the badging office, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of access credentials utilizing the Lenel access control system. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The Badging Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for all badging-related inquiries and will be instrumental in maintaining the security and integrity of the client's access control system.
Responsibilities
Badging Operations:
- Manage the full lifecycle of access badges, including creation, issuance, activation, deactivation, and revocation of credentials for employees, contractors, visitors, and other authorized personnel.
- Operate and maintain the Lenel Access Control System, ensuring accurate data entry, proper badging protocols, and system integrity.
- Conduct thorough identity verification and background checks as required by client policies before issuing badges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve badge-related issues, including lost/stolen badges, access denials, and system errors.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of badging supplies (cards, printers, ribbons, etc.) and coordinate reordering as needed.
- Implement and enforce client badging policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all security regulations.
Supervisory & Administrative:
- Oversee the badging office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for badging processes, procedures, and training materials.
- Generate regular reports on badging activities, including badge counts, access levels, and audit trails.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding badging inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Collaborate with client security, HR, and IT departments to streamline badging processes and resolve complex access-related matters.
- Provide excellent customer service to all individuals seeking badging services, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
System Maintenance & Improvement:
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on Lenel badging hardware (printers, cameras, scanners).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the badging program.
- Stay current with updates and new features of the Lenel access control system.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security administration, access control, or a related field. -
Proven experience with the
Lenel Access Control System (or a similar enterprise-level access control system) with a strong understanding of badging modules and functionalities. -
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate or security environment. -
Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. -
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. -
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. -
High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration). -
Experience in a supervisory or lead role. -
Understanding of physical security principles and best practices.

Pay Range
USD $99,840.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
