Summary:

The Project Administrator for Nursing Quality and Informatics is responsible for supporting the enterprise-wide clinical quality and informatics operations under the purview of the Chief Nursing Information Officer, Senior Director of Nursing, Clinical Quality & Informatics. Responsibilities include leading and/or facilitating inter-professional Epic councils, work group, and/or super-user/ support pool meetings and informatics competency building activities; managing projects that support enterprise wide user support, standardization and/or harmonization; creating and managing databases, and designing and conducting analyses that inform decision-making related to activation and optimization of clinical content and workflows to maximize use of the integrated health information system across JHHS. The Project Administrator will also provide direct project management support to the Chief Nursing Information Officer, Director of Nursing Clinical Quality and other informatics clinical leadership, as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree in Business or Health Administration is preferred.



Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:



Work Experience: N/A

Five years of related healthcare experience in operational, administrative, or project management required, preferably within an academic medical center



Salary Range: Minimum 31.06/hour - Maximum 51.29/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
