Position Summary:

The Program Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the program(s). They are responsible for:



  • Leadership & Focus: Guiding and motivating the program(s) towards its goals, maintaining enthusiasm, and ensuring consistent progress.
  • Project Management:

    • Planning and executing projects related to performance improvement.
    • Managing scope, quality, time, and cost-effectively.
    • Developing project plans, assigning tasks, and coordinating efforts.
    • Identifying and addressing resource needs and escalating issues.


  • Communication & Coordination:

    • Serving as the primary point of contact between the program(s) and participants.
    • Facilitating communication and coordinating activities across different teams (e.g., evidence-based practices, quality improvement, IT).
    • Gathering, distributing, and providing access to data.
    • Supporting documentation and risk adjustment efforts.


  • Strategic Alignment:

    • Identifying necessary changes to people, processes, analytics, and technology.
    • Aligning program efforts with broader JHM strategic priorities.


  • Program Governance & Oversight:

    • Defining and managing program governance arrangements.
    • Ensuring quality assurance and program integrity.
    • Monitoring expenditures and costs.
    • Reporting program progress to leadership.




The Program Manager acts as a leader, project manager, and coordinator, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing improvement of the program(s).

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business in Health Administration, Project Management, or a related degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.



Required Licensure, Certification, Ongoing Training:

Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification is strongly preferred.



Work Experience:



  • 5-7 years of experience managing programs and projects that must include: o
  • Minimum three (3) years providing project or team leadership
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working on project(s) involving project life cycle methodologies
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing project budgets

Salary Range: Minimum $37.04/hour - Maximum $61.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.



In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
