The Program Manager acts as a leader, project manager, and coordinator, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing improvement of the program(s). Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business in Health Administration, Project Management, or a related degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred. Required Licensure, Certification, Ongoing Training: Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification is strongly preferred. Work Experience:

Salary Range: Minimum $37.04/hour - Maximum $61.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
