Position Summary: The Senior Project Administrator
Competencies: A. Education: Bachelor's required. Master's in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is preferred. B. Knowledge: Advanced level of expertise in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, diagramming, and project management software is preferred. Clinical or health operations experience preferred. Knowledge of finance, operations, logistics, statistical and simulation modeling, administrative theory, process improvement and project management preferred. C. Skills: High level of oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required in order to interface with staff and senior management throughout the organization. High level of meeting management, organizational and time management skills. High level of leadership, supervisory, mentoring, training, and facilitation skills. High level of analytical ability to identify and illustrate relationships among complex activities. Ability to define and recommend a course of action based on data. D. Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.: None required. Completion or certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Lean, or similar training preferred. E. Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years previous work experience in: health care, operations, or consulting. Supervisory, managerial, and project management experience recommended. Salary Range: Minimum $34.78/hour - Maximum $60.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
