GENERAL SUMMARY:


Portfolio-driven position with campaign management and project management responsibilities, reporting to the Bryan Foundation Executive Director. Responsible for strengthening existing donors while developing strategies to expand and maximize potential donor opportunities through major gifts. Dedicated to fostering transformational support and driving forward our mission. Focuses on the entire donor process from researching prospects, cultivating relationships and making solicitations that support donor interests and aligning their goals with our vision.


PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


*Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.


*Plans and directs the major gifts program for all Bryan entities through a variety of giving opportunities: corporate, foundation, federal and state grants, planned giving and outright gifts.


*Manages a portfolio of approximately 120 major gift prospects and donors.


*Coordinates and executes major gift solicitations.


*Collaborates with development staff and supports all Bryan Health system entities to develop strategic fundraising initiatives.


*Engages in regular donor outreach, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.


*Maintains accurate and detailed records of donor interactions in the CRM System.


*Manages all aspects of donor development for portfolio - research, direction of all relevant proposals, next steps and forecasts.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field of study required. Minimum of five (5) years of fundraising experience required.


Valid State of Nebraska driver's license required. Verification and maintenance of responsible driving record per facility standards required.
