Duties/Responsibilities


Duties/Responsibilities
Facilities/Maintenance:

  • Moving and arranging office furniture, equipment, and supplies as required for office reconfigurations, new employee setups, or special events.
  • Assisting with the assembly and disassembly of furniture.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and minor repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC checks under supervision.
  • Assisting with laboratory clean-up and organization, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Preparing surfaces and performing office painting to maintain a fresh and professional appearance.
  • Assisting with minor renovation projects and improvements as directed.

Duties/Responsibilities
Administrative:

  • Identifying, tagging, and preparing items for surplus, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinating and scheduling surplus item pick-up orders with designated vendors or internal departments.
  • Receiving, logging, and submitting work orders.
  • Following up on work order status to ensure timely completion.

Inspections:

  • Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and report maintenance needs.
  • Inspect AEDs in common areas on a monthly basis, maintaining appropriate documentation.
  • Inspect mechanical rooms and common areas for non-working lighting and replace lamps as needed.
