Duties/Responsibilities |
Facilities/Maintenance:
- Moving and arranging office furniture, equipment, and supplies as required for office reconfigurations, new employee setups, or special events.
- Assisting with the assembly and disassembly of furniture.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and minor repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC checks under supervision.
- Assisting with laboratory clean-up and organization, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Preparing surfaces and performing office painting to maintain a fresh and professional appearance.
- Assisting with minor renovation projects and improvements as directed.

Administrative:
- Identifying, tagging, and preparing items for surplus, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinating and scheduling surplus item pick-up orders with designated vendors or internal departments.
- Receiving, logging, and submitting work orders.
- Following up on work order status to ensure timely completion.

- Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and report maintenance needs.
- Inspect AEDs in common areas on a monthly basis, maintaining appropriate documentation.
- Inspect mechanical rooms and common areas for non-working lighting and replace lamps as needed.
