Supplier Delivery Risk Management Critical Specialist

The Supplier Delivery Risk Management (SDRM) Critical Specialist is responsible for working with critical suppliers, assisting them in developing short term 'build and ship' plans that supports production at Stellantis assembly and manufacturing plants, while focusing on a long-term recovery plan for critical components. Critical Specialists must prevent disruptions in the flow of production parts to NA assembly plants. The selected candidate will work closely with engineering, capacity planning, production planning, logistics, supplier quality, purchasing, materials logistics management, and Stellantis plants, both for coordination and to break down barriers. The candidate must deliver as a way of life, keep things simple and have the knowledge of when to escalate, at the supplier and/or within Stellantis, to prevent production disruptions. This role within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization is in a fast paced, in an intense area of SCM and requires transparency throughout the supply chain, ownership of issues, and consistent follow up.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coordination of global inventory allocation process
• Critical parts management Coordination of expedited shipments
• Management of supplier conformance to Stellantis JIT requirements
• Improving productivity of the team
• Weekend and holiday overtime is required to support plant production schedules
• May be assigned to work off shifts and/or split shifts; flexibility is required

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in production control or Supply Chain Management
• Ability to build relationships with those whom you have no authority, and get results
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong customer service skills
• Interact confidently with suppliers and communicate effectively to senior management and/or any of the Stellantis NA plants on supply related issues
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to analyze complex data/situations
• Experience managing global scale projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree
• Stellantis plant experience with a working knowledge of Stellantis supply systems (PC Portal/ODIMS/CMIS/Change Management/CHAMPS/Assembly Receiving Regions) Passion for customer service
• Strong data management skills with large amounts of data (MS Excel/PowerPoint
