Responsibilities

We're seeking a strategic, relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts-including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract high-quality, mission-aligned talent while delivering a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience at every stage.

    Manage full-cycle recruitment-from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation-while ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Source diverse, high-caliber talent through targeted outreach, networking, internal and external events, referrals, and industry platforms within key markets.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with HR partners and stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-value recruitment support.
  • Utilizes HRIS (iCIMS) to manage applicant flow from selection through onboarding and to track and report key recruitment metrics.
  • Partners strategically with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, coordinate interviews, and develop a strong understanding of departmental goals.
  • Supports compliance efforts with Bancroft, Dpt of Human Services (DHS), Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other agencies during inspections and investigations as needed.
  • Foster a respectful, professional, and team-oriented environment aligned with the organization's core values.


Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' full lifecycle recruiting experience in a time sensitive, high pressure environment required.
  • Clinical or healthcare experience preferred.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving skills required.
  • Outstanding collaboration and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Must be able to travel within the region throughout the workday, in evenings and weekends to attend career events.
  • Prior experience with automated applicant tracking systems requires; experience with iCIMS is a plus. Working knowledge of Google or Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Knowledge of interviewing methods and techniques, including all related legal and regulatory issues is required
  • Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills required, as well as possessing a high sense of urgency and timeliness, and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license required in incumbent's legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions. Minimum 18 years of age required.

The current hiring range for this position is: $69,773 - $80,000
