Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Management Solution Leader to support enterprise-level data platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks, Informatica, K2View, and FHIR APIs, and be comfortable building and delivering robust solutions across MDM, ODS, and data lake environments. This role will be instrumental in enabling data governance, security, and quality across operational and analytical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, build, and optimization of data pipelines and workflows using Databricks on Azure
  • Lead the implementation of data masking and virtualization solutions using K2View, ensuring secure and policy-compliant access to sensitive data.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of ODS (Operational Data Store) and Lakebase environments in Databricks.
  • Integrate and manage FHIR APIs to ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Lead and support MDM (Master Data Management) solutions, ensuring high-quality reference and master data across systems.
  • Design and deliver Informatica Data Quality rules and scorecards to monitor and improve data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application developers, business analysts, and data stewards to ensure robust data solutions.
  • Document data flows, architecture, and technical specifications in accordance with enterprise standards.
Education
  • Required to have 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree

or

  • Required to have 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
Certification/Licensure
  • No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in data engineering, data integration, or similar roles.
  • Proven expertise in Databricks
  • Understanding of data masking, data virtualization, and data delivery orchestration.
  • Understanding of FHIR APIs and understanding of HL7/FHIR interoperability standards.
  • Practical experience in MDM design and delivery, preferably with tools such as Profisee, Reltio, or similar.
  • Proficient in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) for building rules, mappings, scorecards, and profiling activities.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure or others).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare or public sector data experience.
  • Certifications in Databricks, Informatica, or cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for full-time employment is: $116,729.60 - $216,777.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
