At Microsoft, the Monetization and Business Planning (M+BP) team develops monetization strategies for commercial and consumer products, contributing to over $100 billion in annual revenue. Our team includes business planners, data scientists, economists, operations specialists, administrators, and researchers. We are seeking a skilled Executive Business Administrator to join our administrative group. This role will support two General Managers and their teams, leaders who value flexibility, inclusive engagement, and a mission-driven culture. ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars with precision, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and proactively resolving schedule conflicts.Track and report on key administrative metrics (e.g., budget accuracy, onboarding efficiency, meeting readiness) to demonstrate impact.Reconcile and approve expenses in a timely and accurate manner, including interim approvals for team expenses.Partner closely with executive admins, business managers, and operations leads across M+BP, Marketing, and adjacent teams to drive alignment and execution.Coordinate logistics for onsite and offsite meetings and events including team meetings, morale events, team training, and leadership offsites. Support headcount management, maintain org charts, and manage distribution groups. Oversee onboarding logistics and ensure seamless provisioning of tools and resources to enable productivity from day one. Actively contribute to team culture and cohesion. Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures. Provide occasional support to other executive leadership as needed. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and help define strategic processes.Take on special assignments and projects as needed.Embody our culture and values.
