Job Summary: A Product Management Director for an Agentic AI portfolio in healthcare is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for building AI-powered solutions that automate processes and address the unique needs of the healthcare industry. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, working with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality AI products. Responsibilities:
- AI Strategy and Vision: Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Agentic AI applications in healthcare, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and regulatory priorities
- Product Roadmap & Requirements: Translate customer needs and technical insights into a detailed, prioritized product roadmap. Develop clear and concise product specifications and requirements that articulate user stories, functionality, and technical constraints for agentic AI capabilities and seamless integration into existing healthcare workflows
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, and launch to growth and sunset. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams composed of AI scientists, ML engineers, software developer engineers, and UI/ UX researchers. Drive execution through agile methodologies, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clinical SMEs, regulatory teams, and business leaders to define priorities, validate use cases, and ensure adoption
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Be the expert on the competitive landscape and how to strategically position the company to excel in the agentic AI and healthcare technology market, specifically concerning provider solutions
- Evangelize Product: Articulate and share the vision at healthcare conferences and with strategic customers and partners. Create relevant collateral including presentations, whitepapers, and documentation to demonstrate value and impact
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- 6+ years of product management or engineering experience in AI/ML or platform products, with a focus on healthcare provider organizations
- Proven understanding of healthcare IT systems and technologies used by health systems
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with cloud-native AI infrastructure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Salary Range for the role is $110,100.00-$161,700.00 per year.
