Job Description Summary

This role provides comprehensive facility management services, including facility monitoring and coordination with property managers for routine operations. Responsibilities include procurement of supplies and services, work order management through Corrigo, supporting the onsite FM and Engineering Team, overseeing service contracts, and handling relevant accounts payable and receivable processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support Facility Management Team with strategic and tactical planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with project management teams on facility-specific requirements
  • Execute and oversee assigned facility management tasks
  • Coordinate special events for clients and JLL
  • Manage meeting spaces and conference room scheduling systems
  • Orchestrate maintenance activities and schedules
  • Monitor facility conditions and operations to ensure optimal functioning
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and inquiries
  • Provide clear direction to vendors and service providers to minimize operational disruptions
  • Administer security systems and protocols
  • Support budget planning, analysis, and variance reporting
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 3+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for customized reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational abilities and collaborative approach
  • Experience with Corrigo or similar work order management systems preferred
